Masks are recommended in the clinic. Please wear a mask if you have been sick recently, or around someone that has been sick. If you are currently sick, please reschedule or cancel your appointment. You can call, text, or email to do so.

Any missed appointments (“no shows”) or cancellations under 24 hours notice will be subject to a fee (equal to 50% of the cost of the appointment).

Office is cash-free, please bring debit or credit to your appointment for payments.

At this time, I am no longer direct billing to WSBC for either new or current patients. If you have a WSBC claim and you want treatment from me, you will need to pay for your appointment and have WSBC reimburse you. Sorry for any inconvenience.
